The project of Slovak-Polish partnership designed to draw students’ and educators’ attention to personal development by increasing selected key competences in learning and building life-long learning motivation in individuals and small societies. Above all students will increase their communicative skills such as

• Verbal Communication
• Non-Verbal Communication
• Written Communication
• Listening skills
• Visual Communication
• Communication strategies

Main goals of the project are:
Supporting learners to acquire competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to improve their personal way of communication (non-formal, informal and formal learning and training), to improve soft & key competencies - helpful in building balanced self- esteem in social life.

The project is also focused on raising students’ skills and competencies to learn and effectively use foreign languages in real and digital world. Equipping and training teenage students to develop selected soft skills, helpful in building one’s consciousness of paths of balanced self- development by developing communication skills such as the ability to efficiently establish interpersonal contacts:

• make a positive impression., gain sympathy,
• listen carefully and analyse,
• clearly express content and also emotions, intentions
• speak technically correct
• understand peoples’ intentions
• present different contents in an interesting way
• acquire the art of argumentation,
• persuade and negotiate
• improve digital ways of communication
